For the Resident

  • Automatic on-screen views. View visitors on screen before answering a call from the doorman. If you don’t to acknowledge the call, no one will know you are home.
  • Crystal-clear communication. State-of-the-art video and audio provide superb voice and image recognition on a color LCD monitor.
  • Smoke, fire, police and medical alarms. In case of an emergency, alert the doorman with the press of a button. Your name, apartment number and relevant medical information will be automatically displayed on the doorman’s computer screen.
  • Intrusion alarm. In case of a break-in, an alarm will sound in your apartment and a signal will alert the doorman to take immediate action.
  • Doorman call/automatic call back. If the concierge’s line is busy, you will automatically be called back.
  • Message notification. A blinking green light on your apartment unit indicates you have a message. Retrieve your message directly on screen or by calling the doorman.
  • Call forward. Calls from a visitor or the doorman can be forwarded to another apartment unit.

System Integration

  • CCTV. Unitone’s System 2000 is completely integrated with any number of CCTV cameras, manned by the building staff at the concierge station.
  • Personal Card Access. Unitone can provide a personalized card access system that totally integrates with the features of System 2000. Cards can be easily added or removed from system and can be done remotely at the management office.
  • Remote Managment. Unitone can provide remote management capabilities so that the System can be modified off-site in any number of ways;
    change residents’ personal information; send building-wide on-screen public messages in the case of emergencies; send individual messages to residents; access the logs of the Card Access system.
  • Email Capablity. In the event you’re not home, Unitone can notify residents of all visitors, important packages, messages, etc. by forwarding the information to your email address.
